Biography

Henry holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Guanghua School of Management.

He began his career in academia and public sector work, serving as Assistant to the Dean at an innovation research institute at Peking University. He later worked with the Hebei Provincial Government, where he contributed to major policy and operational initiatives, including pandemic response efforts, coordination for the Beijing Winter Olympics, as well as programs focused on poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.

Through these experiences, Henry developed a strong foundation in strategic thinking, policy execution, and institutional decision-making.

Over the past five years, Henry has focused on U.S. college admissions consulting, working closely with students to develop structured, high-impact application strategies. His approach emphasizes deep exploration of individual strengths, thoughtful profile development, and clear alignment between academic goals and long-term career direction.

At Counselion, Henry works with students to build compelling, well-positioned applications that reflect both authenticity and strategic clarity.

His students have been admitted to leading institutions, including Harvard University.
